Project Manager (Agile/Scrum Certified)
We are seeking an experienced and certified Agile Project Manager to lead a focused development team through the successful delivery of a 5-month project. This is a fixed-term role ideal for a highly organised, technically astute individual who thrives in dynamic Agile environments and is adept at managing cross-functional teams using Scrum methodologies.
You will be responsible for day-to-day planning, tracking, communication, and execution of the project within Jira, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing Agile development cycles and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management across the full SDLC using Agile Scrum
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Maintain project velocity, track team performance, and manage risks or blockers
- Collaborate with technical leads to ensure alignment between backlog, resources, and timelines
- Communicate progress and key updates to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Own and manage Jira workflows, dashboards, reporting, and documentation
- Ensure deliverables are on-time, in-scope, and meet required quality standards
Project Team
You will manage a technical team consisting of:
- 2 Backend Developers (Laravel)
- 2 Frontend Developers (Vue.js)
- 1 DevOps Engineer
- 1 QA Engineer
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) and/or Agile PM certification
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in Agile software delivery
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project reporting
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Technical understanding of web and application development workflows
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Laravel and Vue.js development processes
- Exposure to DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with QA teams and test-driven development cycles
