Technical Writer Offline

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our telecom internal product team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or Business System Analyst.
• Strong technical writing skills: ability to write clearly, concisely, and logically for technical and semi-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with UML: ability to create activity, sequence, state, and use case diagrams.
• Understanding of REST APIs and ability to document API endpoints and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Git, and documentation editors.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with BA or SA teams
• Interest in developing into a Business Analyst or System Analyst role
• Understanding of product lifecycle and Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation such as BRDs, SRSs, API specifications, UML, and admin manuals.
• Update existing documentation to reflect ongoing product changes and improvements.
• Support internal knowledge sharing, including maintaining a knowledge base and contributing to a centralized product events library.
• Collaborate with developers, system analysts, and QA engineers to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Assist clients by gathering documentation requirements related to system integration and product usage.
