UI/UX Designer with Leadership Skills

Position: UI/UX Designer (Web Projects)

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of hands-on design experience and excellent English communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will work directly with international clients on website projects and must be confident in managing client expectations and presenting design solutions.
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective user experiences
• Design user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for websites (Shopify, Webflow, WordPress)
• Conduct research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery
• Present and explain design concepts to clients in a clear and engaging manner
• Ensure a consistent design approach across various platforms and devices
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation

Requirements:
 

• 4+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing website design projects (especially client-facing ones)
• Fluent English (B2+), with the ability to communicate directly with clients
• Proficiency with tools like Figma
• Experience designing for Shopify, Webflow, and WordPress platforms
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design

Nice to have:
 

• Experience with e-commerce or SaaS platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Motion/interaction design skills
• Experience with After Effects
