Process Analyst Offline

We are looking for a Process Analyst to join our team and support the continuous improvement of business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of process mapping and optimization techniques. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, gather requirements, and contribute to the design of scalable, automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, or automation.
• Collect and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process observations.
• Develop clear and detailed process documentation (BPMN, flowcharts, SOPs, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including operations, IT, compliance, and product teams, to align process improvements with business objectives.
• Support the implementation of new processes or tools and monitor their performance.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and support the resolution of operational bottlenecks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process governance frameworks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in process analysis, preferably in banking, fintech, or enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio, ARIS, Signavio).
• Understanding of BPMN 2.0 and process documentation standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with data-driven insights and KPIs to evaluate process efficiency.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with process automation platforms (e.g., Camunda, UiPath, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational risk management in financial institutions.
• Certifications in business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or process management (Lean Six Sigma, BPM) are an advantage.
