Customer Support Manager Offline

Our company is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Manager with at least 2 years of professional experience who possesses strong technical aptitude, excellent analytical skills, and a customer‑centric mindset.

Requirements:

—  2+ years of experience in customer support

—  Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

—  Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail

—  Experience in the UK market is preferred

—  Experience with B2B SaaS support also nice to have

Responsibilities:
— Communication with clients after onboarding on platform

— Administer day‑to‑day operational tasks, including generating and adding invoices and bills
