Middle Manual QA Engineer (Blockchain)

This project aims to develop a platform that allows users to report, browse, and receive alerts about online scams. The solution will consist of a web platform, reporting and moderation systems, and email notifications.

As a Middle QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, usability, and security of the product at each stage.

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance, preferably in web-based application environments.
• Hands-on experience with Web3 technologies.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Proven ability to create comprehensive test plans, detailed test cases, and clear, actionable bug reports.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proficiency in API testing, including:
  • RESTful APIs
  • GraphQL APIs
  • Blockchain-specific APIs such as Infura, Alchemy, or QuickNode
• Skilled in using Postman or similar tools for manual and automated API testing.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
• Experience reading system/application logs and verifying data integrity in off-chain storage systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manual testing for web
• Composition of test plans
• Test case design (positive/negative scenarios).
• Regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements and define test scenarios.
• Provide clear and actionable bug reports, logs, and steps to reproduce issues.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, checklists, and test case repositories.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and ensure best practices are followed in test coverage and defect tracking.
