Senior Odoo Developer Offline

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Odoo Developer to join our remote team!

About the Project
Our client is a long-established product company specializing in software for lighting planning in interior design. You will work on their Odoo Environment — a robust internal system built on Odoo, supporting core business operations through custom modules, integrations, and ongoing feature development.

Country and Time Zone: (CET), flexible hours
Stage: Mature product, continuous development & support phase
Team: Internal team (10+ people) + external agency team
Project Duration: Long-term

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in software development
3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (custom modules, integrations)
3+ years of experience with SQL
Experience with Python, Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), Git, and Docker
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Odoo is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to clarify ambiguous requirements
English sufficient to pass a tech interview
