Our Partner, a dynamic player in the iGaming industry is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist (iGaming) to help them hire top talent and build the best processes together.

Main Responsibilities

– Develop a talent acquisition strategy β€” create and implement a candidate search strategy to fill open positions efficiently

– Manage the corporate LinkedIn profile β€” maintain and actively use it as a key recruitment tool

– Build your personal LinkedIn presence β€” continuously develop and optimize your own profile to enhance networking and outreach

– Source top talent worldwide β€” conduct a global search, with a focus on Europe, for positions ranging from junior specialists to C-level executives

– Ensure timely hiring β€” organize and manage the recruitment process to meet hiring deadlines

– Collaborate with hiring managers: establish effective communication with hiring managers; provide detailed reports on candidates, including personal recommendations on how they meet the company’s requirements

– Support candidates throughout the hiring process β€” ensure a smooth candidate experience, provide timely feedback, and maintain communication

– Provide recruitment insights and reporting β€” prepare and submit weekly reports on hiring status, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions

Mandatory Requirements

– iGaming background β€” at least 1 year of experience β€” must have

– At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter (IT, full-cycle), hiring globally

 

– A managerial approach to vacancies:

gathering high-quality job requirements

crafting engaging job descriptions and scorecards

conducting competency-based interviews, assessing candidates’ potential

building strong relationships with candidates & hiring managers

applying a data-driven approach to track progress

spotting bottlenecks early, and offering solutions

 

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

– Creative thinking, readiness to adapt, and a constant desire to improve the interaction with candidates to achieve the set goals

– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

– English β€” at least Upper-Intermediate

– A passion for bringing in new, effective practices and optimizing processes

– 7 hour working day 10:00AM β€” 6:00 PM (with the lunch break)
