Marketing Manager

Webugol is a global digital marketing agency that empowers brands through omnichannel strategies. We are passionate about providing custom digital marketing solutions to our clients. We are currently looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Account Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with development and design teams to implement website changes and creative assets for campaigns.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics, ensuring strategies are delivering maximum ROI.
• Be the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and being responsive to their needs.
• Continuously explore new strategies, tools, and methods to improve client outcomes and drive innovation.

• Manage budgets, timelines, and expectations while keeping clients informed throughout the process.

   

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or the IT sphere.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Website SEO.
• Strategic mind set with focus on results, not on processes
• Understanding of Analytical tools like: Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
• Experience working closely with development and design teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Proactive, easy-going, flexible, and highly motivated with a strong work ethic.

• A strong desire for continuous learning and personal development.

   

Bonus skills:

• Experience working with US clients and a deep understanding of the US market.
