Trainee Python Odoo Developer

Netframe is a fast-growing IT company and an official Odoo partner. We specialize in ERP implementation, business process automation, and custom software development. We're looking for a motivated Trainee Python Odoo Developer who is eager to grow into a professional developer through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to develop and customize Odoo modules using Python.
• Assist in configuring and adjusting Odoo to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts on real-life projects.
• Participate in code reviews and receive feedback from mentors.

• Gradually take responsibility for simple development tasks.

   

Requirements:

• Strong Python knowledge.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and software development principles.
• Strong desire to learn Odoo and grow as a developer.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.

• Self-motivated and responsible.

   

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with any web framework (Django, Flask, etc.).
• Experience with Git and PostgreSQL.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

   

Internship Conditions:

• Trial period: 2 weeks to 1 month — unpaid.
• If the trainee shows potential and commitment:
  • 2nd month: $200/month
  • 3rd month: $300/month
  • 4th month: $400/month
• Upon successful completion of the probation period:
  • From the 4th month: $500/month
  • Salary review after 6 months based on performance.
