System Analyst (BPM)

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with deep knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) to join our team working on the Core Banking solution. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, with a strong focus on designing and deploying business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, and document business processes using BPMN 2.0.
• Work with the Mambu cloud Core Banking platform to implement and execute business processes.
• Analyze existing processes and propose optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to implement workflows.
• Support integration with core banking systems, accounting platforms, treasury, and external fiat providers.
• Define and configure tariffs and limits.
• Participate in testing and validation of fiat-related processes.
• Create technical documentation for implemented processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst in the financial or banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and business process modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Mambu or similar BPM systems.
• Understanding of banking operations, especially payment and card transaction processing.
• Experience with microservice architecture and cloud deployments.
• Knowledge of financial transaction processing workflows.
• Understanding of integration approaches and API concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of banking operations (accounts, transactions, card operations).
• Knowledge of financial service integrations (BaaS, crypto providers).
• Familiarity with banking compliance and security requirements.
• Experience in transaction processing and reconciliation workflows.
• Understanding of webhook-based and event-driven architecture.
• Experience in designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic understanding of ElasticSearch for process monitoring.
• Experience with crypto-focused financial systems and workflows.
• Previous experience in implementing or migrating to/from Core Banking systems.
