QA Team Lead (with automation) Offline

About the Role:

We're growing fast and are excited to expand our team! We're looking for a passionate QA Team Lead  to join our partner team and help us continue our journey of innovation and excellence.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience mentoring and managing a team of QA Engineers (1+ year).
  • Experience in Automation (Preferably using a .NET stack) and Performance testing (1+year).
  • Experience testing web applications (4+ years).
  • Experience with Observability Tools like Grafana, ELK, Tempo.
  • Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of client/server architecture.
  • Extensive experience with JIRA/Confluence/TestRail.
  • Good written and spoken English.
     

Technical/specialized knowledge:

  • Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Understanding of application containerization.
  • Understanding continuous delivery/integration/deployment.
  • Experience in gambling or gaming projects.
  • Experience in REST API testing (Postman, Swagger).
  • ISTQB certificate(s).
  • Experience in using test automation tools.
  • Proven Leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage teams 5-8 employees.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Test and lead, ensure quality of release.
  • Investigate production issues in collaboration with QA, development and support teams.
  • Participate in coordination between QA and development teams to manage testing efforts for ongoing releases.
  • Manage the creation, update and execution of release test plans and test cases.
  • Manage the proper updating of the test environment.
  • Participate in the delivery of products to production.
  • Ensure quality control of relevant documentation, design and demo models.
  • Identify and report quality related risks.
  • Actively take ownership and management of problems, initiate and participate in problem solving activities.
