As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in expanding our tech capabilities to support a rapidly growing global user base. This is a high-ownership position with real impact, ideal for someone who thrives in startup-like environments and is passionate about both cutting-edge technology and meaningful impact.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Architect and build scalable, high-quality full-stack features using Next.js and TypeScript
• Design robust APIs and relational database schemas (PostgreSQL)
• Write clean, well-tested code (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Collaborate on product and technical strategy with a cross-functional team
• Integrate AI technologies to enhance user experience (RAG, vector embeddings)

• Continuously experiment with and implement AI tools (CursorAI, Claude/GPT) in your workflow

   

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong product intuition
• Deep expertise in Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frontend testing frameworks
• Strong system design and architecture skills for complex, scalable applications
• Hands-on experience in API and database design
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows; bonus if you've used them to 10x your productivity
• Experience or strong interest in RAG, vector databases, or embeddings

• Passion for using technology to create positive social impact

   

💡 Nice to Haves

• Experience building or deploying AI agents
• Familiarity with AWS, serverless architectures, and message queues (e.g., QStash)
• Understanding of FGA (Fine-Grained Authorization) and large-scale access control systems

• Experience with Python and advanced data pipelines
