Today we are opening a position of a Customer support for new CRM (part time)
Requirements for the candidate:
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or your own)
- Technical expertise (understanding of how CRM works and its structure)
- Communication with customers (clear, polite and professional)
- Experience with request processing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Ability to work with many requests simultaneously, prioritization
Will be a plus:
- Empathy (understanding the needs and emotions of the client)
- Basic knowledge of testing and writing bug reports
- Understanding of sales or marketing processes (if CRM is used in these areas)
Key responsibilities:
- Customer support - to answer requests from users who test the product functionality through the ticket system (Zendesk).
- Consulting support - provide customers with clear and understandable explanations on how to use the functionality, resolve technical or functional issues.
- Feedback transfer - generate reports and transfer them to the development team (directly or through designated channels) to take into account the wishes and problems of users.
- Participate in setting up support via a bot - work with the team to launch and improve the support bot to improve customer self-service.
- Keeping basic records and notes - since there is no documentation, it is important to create and maintain internal notes describing typical cases and solutions.
- Improve support processes - over time, work with the team to help build a knowledge base and improve the user experience.
