Who we are looking for:

  • A talented Sales Manager with successful experience in B2B service sales (telecom, insurance, fintech, not products), who wants to grow in the IT ecosystem.
  • Valuable if you master the art of the full sales cycle and love leading customers to success.
  • And you are ready to not only sell, but to create value and partner relationships. 

 

It will help if you have:

  • Experience in B2B sales of services, not goods (insurance, telecommunications, FinTech, cybersecurity, EdTech, and similar, not 100% IT industries)
  • Experience in identifying customer needs and working with existing product frameworks: you can design and deliver a comprehensive service to meet their request/need (e.g. insurance product design, ability to formulate complex solutions, see the big picture/perspective)
  • Proficiency in cold-selling techniques
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with target companies
  • Understanding that a deal doesn't end with the signing of a contract
  • Analytical and strategic thinker who sees the big picture
  • Charisma, determination, and the ability to overcome obstacles

  • Skillfully manage objections and turn them into opportunities
  • Utilize multiple communication channels with a preference for face-to-face communication
  • Negotiate effectively and close deals successfully
