We are seeking a Email Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team and drive user engagement, retention, and lifetime value through high-impact email, SMS, and in-app campaigns. You’ll take ownership of the entire email marketing lifecycle—from planning and segmentation to execution and performance analysis. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in email marketing, a passion for data-driven strategy, and a strong understanding of user behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns including drip campaigns, reactivation flows, promotional content, and transactional communications.
• Use customer segmentation and personalization techniques to increase engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce engaging, compliant, and mobile-friendly email content.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and regularly report on key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.).
• Run A/B testing to improve performance and identify best-performing strategies.
• Ensure email deliverability and compliance with industry best practices.
• Maintain and optimize email workflows, recommending new strategies and improvements.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with email automation platforms such as Intarget, Optimove, Customer.io, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of email marketing principles (segmentation, personalization, compliance, deliverability).
• Basic HTML/CSS skills to edit and optimize email templates.
• Analytical mindset with experience using Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely within a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to align with marketing, CRM, and design teams.
