Trainee / Junior Full Stack React.js + Nest.js

Frontend Stack: React, TypeScript, Next.js, TailwindCSS, ShadCN/MUI, Redux
Backend Stack: Node.js, Nest.js, TypeORM / Prisma

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain fullstack features using React (Next.js) on the frontend and NestJS on the backend
• Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive UI components using TailwindCSS or ShadCN/MUI
• Build and consume REST and GraphQL APIs for dynamic, data-driven applications
• Work with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases via Prisma or TypeORM
• Handle SSR/SSG in Next.js for performance and SEO optimization
• Write clean, testable, and reusable code following best practices
• Collaborate with other developers in daily standups and async discussions
• Participate in code reviews, learn from feedback, and share your own insights
• Continuously improve your skills through courses, pair programming, and mentorship
   

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–6 months of experience in frontend or fullstack development
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, Git, and basic backend concepts
• Understanding of state management (e.g., Redux) and SSR/SSG
• Eagerness to learn backend development (NestJS, PostgreSQL, GraphQL)
• Intermediate or higher English communication skills
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Docker and containerized development
• Familiarity with Redis for caching or session management
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Knowledge of Prisma or TypeORM for database management
• Experience working with monorepos (e.g., Nx, Turborepo)

• Comfort using tools like Postman, GraphQL Playground, or Insomnia
