Head of Payments Offline

Over the past year, we have successfully doubled our scale and received the Best Sportsbook Operator award at the SiGMA Awards. We are currently continuing to develop actively and are recruiting for the positions Head of Payments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry, be organized and motivated, and we guarantee a pleasant atmosphere with opportunities for growth. 


Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Connecting and integrating new payment providers across multiple jurisdictions
  • Organizing and overseeing payment testing processes across all GEOs
  • Monitoring the availability and performance of payment systems and methods worldwide
  • Negotiating and finalizing contracts with PSPs, banks, and alternative payment providers
  • Optimizing payment processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in various regions
  • Monitoring transactional activity, analyzing payment flows, managing risks, and preventing fraud
  • Collaborating with internal teams (finance, compliance, IT) to ensure stability and security of payment operations
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, expanding the provider network
  • Assessing performance metrics and taking full responsibility for team and agent KPIs, including chargeback rates and processing times
  • Analyzing competitors and user journeys from a payment flow perspective

Requirements:
 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payments and acquiring within the iGaming industry
  • Experience of integration of PS on the provider's board from the operator's side from 2 years (Mandatory) 
  • Deep understanding of payment infrastructure, including card processing, APMs, and cryptocurrency payments
  • Strong negotiation skills and networking in the payments industry
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions
  • Experience managing a team or coordinating outsourcing partners across multiple countries is an advantage
