Lead Generation/Sales Manager Offline

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator/Sales Manager to join our team and help us build a stable pipeline of potential clients.

 

     Requirements:

  • From 2 years of experience in Lead Generation/Sales.
  • Strong experience in LinkedIn research, Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
  • Experience in creating and executing lead search strategies.
  • Ability to write personalized, well-structured outreach emails.
  • Basic understanding of web and mobile development services.
  • Experience working with US and UK clients.
  • Solid analytical and research skills, especially in using online resources.
  • High level of self-motivation, ownership, and responsibility
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.

     

    Responsibilities:

  • Generating outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Creating outreach strategies, writing email flows, and personalizing messages.
  • Conducting cold outreach campaigns and managing lead qualification.
  • Assist in preparing for business trips and conferences by generating relevant contacts and booking meetings.
  • Generate leads for potential meetings with Newsoft leaders to present our technical expertise.
  • Managing inbound leads from various sources.
  • Working with the CRM system to track lead status and follow-ups.
  • Continuously refine search strategies and explore new channels for lead generation.
