Lead Generation/Sales Manager Offline
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator/Sales Manager to join our team and help us build a stable pipeline of potential clients.
Requirements:
- From 2 years of experience in Lead Generation/Sales.
- Strong experience in LinkedIn research, Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
- Experience in creating and executing lead search strategies.
- Ability to write personalized, well-structured outreach emails.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile development services.
- Experience working with US and UK clients.
- Solid analytical and research skills, especially in using online resources.
- High level of self-motivation, ownership, and responsibility
Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Generating outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Creating outreach strategies, writing email flows, and personalizing messages.
- Conducting cold outreach campaigns and managing lead qualification.
- Assist in preparing for business trips and conferences by generating relevant contacts and booking meetings.
- Generate leads for potential meetings with Newsoft leaders to present our technical expertise.
- Managing inbound leads from various sources.
- Working with the CRM system to track lead status and follow-ups.
Continuously refine search strategies and explore new channels for lead generation.
