FAVBET Tech develops software that is used by millions of players around the world for the international company FAVBET Entertainment.


Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of development and delivery for a stream that consists of several teams, from initial planning to final release 
• Define priorities and manage the stream backlog
• Be responsible for PI planning and PI results
• Gather metrics for checking performance and productivity, detecting bottlenecks in current processes, and improving them to fix issues
• Take part in building cross-functional teams and coordinate them, including Project managers, Developers, Designers, Analysts, and other project participants
• Develop and monitor project schedules
• Manage risks, identify potential obstacles, and address them promptly
• Ensure high quality of released products and their compliance with customer requirements and internal standards
• Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements and provide updates on project progress
• Be proactive and constructively propose company process improvements

• Motivate team to be effective for achieving project goals and maintaining a positive work environment 

   

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of Delivery/Program Management experience managing numerous complex projects from initiation to completion, handling timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications
• Be able to catch the context of any product ideas and targets
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Program Managers need to be adept at analyzing situations, identifying problems, and making sound decisions to keep projects on track
• Excellent time management skills are essential for prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• The ability to negotiate with stakeholders, resolve conflicts within the team or between stakeholders, and maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Program Managers should focus on customer satisfaction, understanding business needs, and ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations
