Project Manager (PWA / Geo-based Game Application) Offline

About the project

We are developing a progressive web application (PWA) — a gamified platform where players interact with real-world locations using geolocation.

Key features include:

-A map with resource collection points displayed in the browser;

-Use of the mobile device's GPS to determine the user’s location;

-Real-world exploration to collect virtual currency;

-In-game utility of gathered resources.

-The app is available without installation from the App Store / Google Play, with optional desktop installation via the browser.

What you will do:

-Lead daily operations of the tech team, ensuring clear task ownership, updates, and resolution of blockers.

-Translate weekly business KPIs into daily development goals across front-end, back-end, and design functions.

-Prepare and maintain structured reporting on progress, risks, and upcoming deliverables for stakeholders.

-Coordinate weekly demo sessions, summarizing technical achievements, changes, and improvements relevant to SEO and product.

-Track deliverables in tools like Asana, ensure deadlines are met, and processes stay transparent.

-Collaborate closely with developers, product owner, and design teams to keep execution aligned with business goals.

-Ensure all updates and priorities are communicated consistently through status documentation and syncs.

What we expect:

-Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in web or mobile development teams (2+ years).

-Strong understanding of agile development cycles, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.

-Ability to break down high-level KPIs into actionable, technical daily objectives.

-Confident use of project management platforms (e.g. Asana, Jira, Notion).

-Ability to prepare and present weekly summaries and demos to internal teams and stakeholders.

-Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Basic technical literacy: 

-Ability to navigate conversations on APIs, geolocation logic, and PWA principles.

-Experience in game mechanics or mobile gaming projects is a plus.
