Are you passionate about Marketing and Data Analytics? NestlĂ© Business Services Lviv team is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of Integrated Marketing Services department (Marketing Analytics Team). 

 

You are: 

  • Experienced in  in Business Intelligence, Analytics or Process Improvement (min 5 years)
  • A professional with strong analytical skills; 
  • Demonstrated success in designing and creating visually appealing and effective dashboards and reports for various stakeholders in a multi-functional and international environment
  • Understanding of database management systems and statistical methods and concepts to ensure accurate analysis and interpretation of data and performance metrics
  • Confident in French on an Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal); 
  • A great communicator and a team player; 
  • Is a plus -> Knowledge of database management systems and SQL querying to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze performance data stored in databases or data warehouses
  • Is a plus -> Knowledge of using data visualization techniques and statistical programming software like MS Power BI, R, Python and information modelling in SQL

 

With you we will: 

Focused on marketing experimentation and user engagement,  is responsible of the coordination of the different internal expertise to achieve the project's objectives.

  • Deliver data-based insights to support business partners plan, develop and implement growth strategies
  • Support definition and/or application of a structured methodology and set of tools adapted to business needs
  • Monitoring omnichannel performance (SEO, website, social...)
  • Analyze user behavior and data to identify growth opportunities
  • Run experiments and analyze data to validate growth hypotheses
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and product, to execute growth initiatives
  • Use various growth hacking techniques such as SEO, website user experience and content marketing, email marketing, social media, and viral marketing
  • Monitor and track growth successes, analyzing key metrics and refining growth strategies accordingly
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
