The Humandone team comprises a vibrant and talented group of UX/UI designers, brand designers, motion designers, and both front-end and back-end engineers. What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager for our team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining project management processes to ensure the successful execution of design projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive and adaptable individual who can thrive in an environment with unstable and changing processes, working closely with the teams to drive projects from inception to completion.

In this role, you will:

1. Take charge of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring everything stays on track and meets client expectations.
2. Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, making sure everyone stays aligned and informed.
3. Coordinate designers, developers, and other team members to ensure efficient use of time and skills.
4. Tackle roadblocks and project challenges head-on, finding creative solutions to keep progress smooth.
5. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the team.
6. Oversee final deliverables to guarantee they meet both client expectations and internal standards.
7. Cultivate trust with clients and stakeholders, ensuring strong partnerships and successful outcomes.
8. Set the tone for who we are, how we act, and how we speak to our clients. Think of yourself as our organisational mastermind, translator and creative problem solver.
    

What qualities are important to us?

1. Confident interaction with clients and teams in English, ensuring clear and professional communication at all stages.
2. The ability to approach tasks not only from a technical perspective, but also from a product one, as well as to figure out what kind of a problem the feature solves, who will use it, how, and why. Going beyond simply following a spec or tech requirement.
3. The ability to communicate and work in a team: raise important topics, express your thoughts clearly, and handle differing opinions with calm and respect.
4. Be great at managing your own time - meeting deadlines without compromising on quality, but also knowing when to step away and recharge. Balance is key!
5. An inner desire to make a user-friendly, high-quality product instead of just completing the task. You believe good design deserves good process.
    

It would be great if you have:

1. Experience in working with Finance/AI/HelathTech/Crypto products.
2. Experience in Webflow/Figma.
3. Experience in a creative, yet organised environment.
