Product Manager /Operations Manager Offline
Responsibilities:
Product Owner:
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring expectations are aligned and information is effectively communicated across teams.
- Manage the product backlog, plan work iterations, and drive the successful delivery of key features.
- Define digital solutions, form the product vision, and break down the scope into actionable tasks.
- Properly manage product requirements from ideation through implementation to address business needs and deliver tangible outcomes.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance product functionality.
- Prepare and maintain essential project documentation, including PRDs, roadmaps,
- Utilize data analysis to guide decision-making, validate assumptions, and test hypotheses/features.
Operations Management:
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate project and product performance, track relevant KPIs and metrics.
- Coordinate team activities and facilitate meetings or team discussions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define go-to-market strategies and plan ongoing campaigns.
- Monitor performance of marketing campaigns and analyze results to adjust future strategies.
- Manage and coordinate product support operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, control scope, and manage timelines to align with the roadmap.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience: At least 2 years in a business analysis or project/product management role
- Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proven autonomy and confidence in leading cross-functional teams without direct supervision.
- Understanding of product development methodologies.
- Flexibility and adaptability to collaborate with team members.
- Strong general product-sense.
- Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.
Nice-to-Have:
