HR Manager to $1300

What you will do:

β€’ Full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing candidates to onboarding
β€’ Hiring IT specialists (developers, designers, PMs, etc.) for outsourcing projects
β€’ Actively participate in building HR processes: onboarding, adaptation, team development
β€’ Support a positive corporate culture in a remote team
β€’ Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs

β€’ Strong communication skills and proactiveness
β€’ English β€” Intermediate level or higher
