What you will do:
β’ Full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing candidates to onboarding
β’ Hiring IT specialists (developers, designers, PMs, etc.) for outsourcing projects
β’ Actively participate in building HR processes: onboarding, adaptation, team development
β’ Support a positive corporate culture in a remote team
β’ Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs
