Video Montage Specialist Offline

We’re a multi-initiative company creating everything from educational games and large-scale software to crisis-relief nonprofits and an all-natural supplement that prevents greying of hair. Digital content is the connective tissue across our brands, and we need a montage wizard to keep it blazing.

Responsibilities

• Own the full edit pipeline (ingest → cut → grade → SFX → motion → mix → delivery) for YouTube, Reels, TikTok, etc.
• Turn raw footage into platform-native, retention-boosting stories
• Layer in bespoke animations, transitions, and meme-culture moments beyond classic cuts
• Bounce between initiatives and stakeholders, iterating fast on data-driven feedback

Must-Haves

• Expert command of Premiere Pro or DaVinci + After Effects/CapCut (or similar)
• Deep understanding of the latest editing trends and tools
• Proven “one-man orchestra” mentality—speed, autonomy, craft

Nice-to-Haves

• Award-winning reel or self-launched channel/project with links
• 3D/AI motion chops (Blender, Runway, Gen-AI)
• Sound-design or music-licensing skills
