Junior to Mid-Level Email Marketing Manager

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist (Junior–Mid-Level) to join our eCommerce email & SMS marketing agency.
If you enjoy crafting great email campaigns, have an eye for detail, and want to deepen your expertise while working alongside an experienced, high-performing remote team, this could be the right opportunity for you.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
✔ Building email campaigns and templates based on Figma designs using Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, and HubSpot.
✔ Setting up email campaigns and automated flows based on provided briefs and instructions.
✔ Performing thorough quality checks to ensure every email looks great, functions correctly, and matches the brief down to the smallest detail.
✔ Supporting monthly reporting, account performance analysis, and day-to-day project coordination.
✔ Collaborating with the team to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✔ At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar email marketing platforms.
✔ Strong written and spoken English skills.
✔ Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
✔ A proactive, organized, and self-motivated approach to getting things done.
✔ Availability to work during our regular hours (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM GMT+3)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
✔ Experience working at a digital marketing agency or in another fast-paced environment.
✔ Previous experience working remotely.
✔ A background in eCommerce or digital marketing.
✔ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, email automation, or design.
✔ Familiarity with Figma.
