Fullstack Engineer (React/Next.js + Node/Nest.js

Our company is launching a compact but ambitious R&D department focused on developing cutting-edge, innovation-driven projects.

The first project centers around collecting data from wearable devices, transforming it, securely storing it, and conducting deep analytics powered by AI.

We're looking for a Fullstack Engineer who is ready to take ownership, make key decisions, and grow with the team.

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React, Next.js
• Backend: Node.js, Nest.js
• Cloud/Infrastructure: AWS (deployment, services, CI/CD, database architecture)

What We’re Looking For:

• English: B2+ — strong communication skills for daily syncs and ideation.
• Initiative & creativity — is essentially a startup: we want people who generate ideas, not just follow instructions.
• Self-organization & motivation — no micromanagement, but we expect reliability and proactiveness.
• Decision-making skills — you'll choose frameworks, design the architecture, and deploy infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end features.
• Integrate data from wearable devices into backend systems.
• Develop APIs for real-time and batch data processing.
• Ensure smooth data transformation, storage, and retrieval.
• Collaborate with AI developers to support machine learning pipelines.
• Participate in architectural discussions and propose innovative solutions.
• Maintain code quality with testing, documentation, and code reviews.

Assessment Process:

1. Stage 1 (20 mins): Conceptual screen
2. Stage 2 (60 mins): Hands-on scenario walk-through and live coding (on discussion)
3. Final Interview: Client-led interview reviewing soft skills and team fit discussion
