Routing Specialist/Technical support VoIP Offline

We are currently seeking for motivated Routing Specialist.

 

Job responsibilities

Respond to client matters timely and diligently;

Own accountability of routing related issues and provide customer support;

Make needful changes in routing to provide best service to customers;

Implement customer-centric approach towards service;

Test current and new carriers’ routes to ensure high quality service to customers;

Monitor VoIP services performance and statistics;

Troubleshoot VoIP problems and interact with carriers to resolve issues (open Trouble Tickets);

Report all important issues to the manager and find timely solutions to critical matters;

Communicate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Required skills:

Experience in Telecom industry and VoIP support or as NOC;

Basic understanding of network monitoring concepts and management tools;

Ability to collate and interpret data from various sources;

Ability to assess faults, prioritize and respond accordingly;

English, upper intermediate communication skills in order to communicate with customers and carriers;

Capable of multi-tasking, good time management and prioritization of workload;

Ability to handle pressure and show customer first approach in demanding situations.
