We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and communicative Operations Manager / Assistant to the COO to join our digital marketing team. You will act as the right hand of the COO, helping manage internal processes, client communication, and cross-functional coordination. This is not a sales or client acquisition role — your focus will be on working with existing clients and team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Join client calls related to support, reporting, and contract renewals
  • Review, finalize, and send reports or documents prepared by media buyers
  • Turn raw data and input into clear, client-facing presentations
  • Be present in internal chats as the COO’s delegate, resolving questions proactively
  • Track and update internal spreadsheets (project status, time tracking, etc.)
  • Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate with a team of 4 media buyers across multiple active campaigns
  • Maintain oversight across 30 campaigns during peak season
  • Keep the COO informed while independently managing daily operational tasks
  • Bring structure, accountability, and clarity to our internal processes

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent English (C1 or higher), especially strong in spoken communication
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, especially paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Experience working with presentations (Google Slides, PowerPoint/Figma/Canva) — sense of aesthetics is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with project management or operational support
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with high workload
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives on responsibility
  • Confident, people-oriented, and ideally an extrovert
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and great at juggling multiple projects

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in digital agencies or performance marketing teams
  • Experience managing workflows or operations across multiple projects
  • Basic understanding of time tracking and task management tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Jira, ClickUp)

About the Role:

You won’t be just another manager — you’ll be the COO’s right hand, gradually taking ownership of key operational responsibilities. While this is not a formal team lead role, you’ll be working closely with the media buying team and helping keep everything on track. The ideal candidate is someone who can anticipate issues before they arise and bring clarity to the chaos.
