Senior DevOps Engineer Offline

We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join the development of a cutting-edge platform used by businesses to manage and optimize their operations, leveraging data to drive decision-making. The product focuses on providing high-performance solutions in enterprise data management and AI-powered features to clients across various industries.

You’ll work closely with our development team to design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure the platform runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently in production environments.

This role is infrastructure-heavy with a focus on CI/CD, system reliability, and performance optimization—ideal for DevOps engineers who thrive in fast-paced environments and love building clean, automated systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer
• Strong understanding of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Comfortable working closely with developers in a distributed team
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher (communication with the team is in English)

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with security best practices and compliance (e.g., SOC2, ISO)
• Background in Python scripting or familiarity with developer workflows
• Experience supporting AI/ML workloads or data-heavy applications

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure for a modern SaaS platform
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment
• Monitor system health and performance, and respond to incidents proactively
• Implement infrastructure-as-code to manage cloud environments reliably
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration and release cycles
