Now, we are looking for a WordPress developer who will be working on our clients' websites, ensuring they are optimized, functional, and aligned with our high standards for performance and user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to gather and implement project requirements.
- Collaborate with the Design/UX team to implement responsive and UX-friendly designs.
- Perform website optimization (performance, image optimization, lazy-loading, link-prefetching, SEO, cache-optimization).
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of WordPress sites for optimal user experience.
- Assist in deployment of custom WordPress themes via Git/Github.
- Stay up-to-date with latest WordPress and web development best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proficiency in Custom WordPress theme development with:

- Advanced Custom Fields PRO (Block Theme Development + Hybrid Theme Development, Flexible Content Types)
- Contact Form 7 (with various extensions)
- WPForms
- HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS, TailwindCSS), JavaScript (jQuery, AlpineJS), PHP

Experience with build tools (Webpack, Gulp, etc.)
Experience with Git + Github
Experience with testing + debugging
Experience with WordPress + Plugin maintenance
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

Experience with CSS Frameworks/Libraries (SASS/SCSS, TailwindCSS)
Experience with JavaScript Frameworks/Libraries (jQuery, AlpineJS)
