Solana Node Operations Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solana Node Setup and Configuration:
- Install and configure blockchain node software.
- Ensure proper synchronization with the blockchain network.
Optimize node settings for performance and resource efficiency.
2. Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Monitor Solana node health and performance metrics.
- Identify and address any issues that may arise during operation.
Conduct routine maintenance activities to ensure continuous operation.
3. Security Measures:
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the node and the blockchain network.
- Stay informed about the latest security threats and apply necessary updates and patches.
Collaborate with the security team to enhance overall network security.
4. Network Connectivity:
- Manage network connectivity to ensure seamless communication with other nodes.
Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues affecting node performance.
5. Data Backup and Recovery:
- Implement backup procedures to safeguard critical blockchain data.
Develop and test recovery plans to ensure data integrity in case of node failures.
6. Performance Optimization:
- Analyze node performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers to improve overall blockchain performance.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of project experience.
2. Be familiar with the principles of blockchain technology.
3. Strong learning ability, good communication skills, and the ability to quickly integrate into the team.
4. Has a sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and has a positive, diligent, and reliable working attitude.
