The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong backend experience and hands-on LLM knowledge. You’ll lead development across core systems that process, enrich, and expose investor-facing insights — working closely with founders, our Web Data Engineer, and product design.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast environments, understands both systems architecture and user value, and is excited about the intersection of structured data, AI, and applied workflow design.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale backend services in Python (FastAPI + asyncio)
• Own data pipelines that process structured inputs into enriched, insight-ready profiles
• Integrate LLMs using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and HuggingFace for summarization and signal extraction
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using ElasticSearch and vector DBs
• Implement and maintain frontend components (React preferred) to expose enriched data and insights

• Work cross-functionally with data, product, and AI teams to deliver fast, intelligent tooling

   

Tech Stack

• Backend: Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, Celery
• Frontend: TypeScript, React (or similar modern JS framework)
• Data: PostgreSQL (Azure), Redis, ClickHouse, PeerDB
• LLMs & AI: LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, GH200/H200 GPUs via Lambda Labs
• Search & RAG: ElasticSearch, Weaviate, Qdrant
• Input Layer: Structured data via Playwright, Unstructured.io (maintained by another engineer)

• Deployment: Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure Blob Storage

   

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience as a full stack or backend-focused engineer
• Strong backend fundamentals in Python and async service architecture
• Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM workflows (e.g. summarization, RAG, embedding search)
• Comfort working with vector databases, structured pipelines, and semantic data
• Experience building and shipping frontend components or internal tools (React preferred)

• Bonus: experience with ClickHouse, PeerDB, or other enrichment-focused systems
