HairLabs is a UK-based biotech company developing the world’s first scientifically backed nutraceutical complex — Anti Grey 1.0 — designed to prevent grey hair.
Our D2C store is already live, and we’re now looking for a Shopify specialist to help us optimize, maintain, and continuously improve the site.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing technical updates and improvements on the existing Shopify store
  (structure, templates, design, and theme adjustments)
• Setting up or updating payment systems (Shopify Payments, Stripe), and configuring shipping and logistics
• Supporting integrations: GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Klaviyo, chat tools (Tidio, WhatsApp)
• Optimizing site performance (image handling, caching, responsiveness)
• Working with Liquid, HTML/CSS to customize themes and pages based on business needs
• Managing domain settings, SSL certificates, and Shopify updates
• Providing technical SEO support (meta tags, URLs, alt attributes)
• Integrating Shopify API with other systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)
• Ongoing monitoring of site functionality and bug fixing

✅ Nice to Have:

• Experience with Shopify Plus
• Understanding of UX structure and navigation logic
• Knowledge of GDPR or similar data privacy standards
• Experience working with English-language documentation (English proficiency is preferred but not required)
• Independence and initiative: ability to identify and improve weak points without prompting

 Ideal Candidate:

• Has completed at least 3 Shopify projects with measurable outcomes
  (e.g., improved loading speed by 40%)
• Is comfortable working in a support/maintenance environment but ready to scale and grow the store
• Can handle technical tasks without detailed instruction — acts on insight and initiative
• Is motivated to become the technical backbone of a fast-growing biotech brand
