Middle WordPress Developer (SEO Tools AND Website Automation)

Project Overview
We operate in ed-tech, helping hundreds of thousands of students with academic needs. Our platform offers academic paper writing services, allowing clients to select work types, set requirements, and communicate directly with authors. We’re continuously expanding our product’s functionality to enhance customer experience and improve financial results.

We are looking for a reliable Dev Specialist to automate workflows, build and maintain a network of websites, and support various SEO-related tools and technical processes. Your responsibilities will include deploying large volumes of websites, configuring security measures, optimizing performance, integrating APIs, and much more.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in weekly team meetings to review current tasks and outcomes
• Automate workflows by developing scripts and system integrations
• Deploy and manage a large network of websites (domains, hosting, CMS)
• Launch satellite and forum-based websites
• Develop workflows and process automations
• Conduct technical audits and data parsing
• Set up and maintain security protocols
• Optimize website loading speed and performance
• Implement anti-detection (anti-detect) solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues
• Integrate external APIs
• Build and maintain dashboards for metrics tracking
• Scale and manage Tier networks

Requirements:

• Proven experience with automation and scripting
• Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, phpBB, Cloudflare
• Experience using technical audit tools (e.g., Screaming Frog or similar)
• Skills in website speed optimization and security setup
• Understanding of Tier link-building structures and tools like Xrumer, GSA
• Ability to work with external service APIs
• Experience developing dashboards for data visualization
• Highly organized, capable of working independently and as part of a team

- Does the job come with a probation period, and if so, how long does it last?Yes, there is a three-month probation period.
- What is the expected work schedule?
Full-time, flexible, please start no later than 11:00 (on average 8 hours per day). The office in Kyiv is open from 9:00 to 20:00. You can work remotely and also you can choose hybrid mode where you can combine working on-site and remotely.
- How many vacation and sick days are provided?
Annual paid vacation – 21 working days; Paid confirmed sick leave; 6 unconfirmed sick days/days off a year.
