Department/Project Description
Work with Mobile Device Management (MDM) , Mobile Application Management. As a methodology and toolset that allows to Secure, Monitor, manage, Enforce policies on Mobile devices, Protect devices against cyber threats and data loss etc.
Mobile devices are used as medical devices in this case and their configs are controlled by MDM settings and these devices are used by patients for medical purposes. They does not act as normal mobile device. They are configured in such a way that it acts as medical device.

• Good Communication,
• Technical Knowledge with respect to mobile devices (iOS, Android),
• Knowledge on MDM (Mobile Device Management) and MAM (Mobile Application Management) settings,
• Professional Communication and handling situational scenarios with Stakeholders and the team.
• Good to have Healthcare settings experience to know more on PHI systems, knowledge on HL7v2 , FHIR based interoperability, EHR,EMR system knowledge and so on.
Job Responsibilities
The role involves talking with stakeholders, understanding their requirements and documenting it , and through out the system settings/configuration management process (related to Mobile - iOS, Android), and play a role to get the work done with the team.
• Develops, documents, and configures systems specifications that conform to defined architecture standards, address business requirements, and processes.
• Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements and characteristics of overall system.
• Establishes and documents system parameters and configurations, ensures software system functionality, performance and compatibility, and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of configurations.
• Actively identifies system functionality or performance deficiencies, executes changes to existing systems, and tests functionality of the system to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, data integrity, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.
• Documents testing and maintenance of system updates, modifications, and configurations.
• Acts as a liaison with key technology vendor technologists or other business functions.
• Function Specific: Strategically design technology solutions that meets the needs and goals of the company and its customers/users.
• Leverages platform process expertise to assess if existing standard platform functionality will solve a business problem or customization solution would be required.
• Gather and prioritize integration requirements.
• Test the quality of a product and its ability to perform a task or solve a problems.
• Perform basic maintenance and performance optimization procedures in each of the primary operating systems.
• Design technology that allows for the optimal user experience and broad accessibility.
• Document detailed technical system specifications based on business system requirements.
