Community Engagement Manager

This role focuses on employer brand development, organizing educational events, and enhancing the organization’s reputation as a top choice for technical talent in R&D. It combines community engagement, event management, and strategic branding efforts to attract the best minds in research and development.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with academic institutions, research organizations, and technical communities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Organize and manage educational events (e.g., workshops, webinars, hackathons) to engage top technical talent.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners to attract and engage potential candidates for R&D teams.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of branding and community engagement activities.
     

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in employer branding, community engagement, or related fields within an international context, ideally in tech or R&D.
  • Proven experience in event planning and management for technical or academic audiences.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with the scientific and technical communities.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is a must.
