Project manager for building and systematizing sales (consulting) to $2500

We are actively developing and are looking for an experienced and talented sales manager to join our team. We call this position a project manager, and in terms of functionality, it corresponds to the experience of a sales manager or commercial director and aims to build systematic sales for our customers.

- a mentor who can convey meaning, teach sales, management, overcome resistance and sell new ideas
- a leader who makes decisions based on analytics and knows how to work with sales funnels
- a person who is driven by sales, working with people and results
 

Work experience in b2b, with products in the field of online education/IT/Saas, with checks from 1500 USD will be an advantage. English at the Upper Intermediate level is a plus and opens up access to international projects.

 

If this sounds like you, here's what you'll need to do

- implement projects to build systematic sales departments for Rocket Sales customers using a proven methodology
- create fundamental tools for predictive sales - business processes, reports, algorithms, scripts, motivation, adaptation, etc.
- train sales managers in sales skills, managers in sales and personnel management
- Manage ourt team and the customer team to achieve customer sales growth
