Manual Tester to $2500 Offline

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our growing technology team. As a Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our HR Tech application. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting test cases to identify and report defects, ultimately contributing to a seamless and user-friendly experience for our HR professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly understand the requirements and functionality of our HR web application.
• Develop comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases based on functional specifications and user stories.
• Execute test cases meticulously and accurately, documenting the results with clarity and detail.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using our bug tracking system.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to understand and resolve identified issues.

• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing.

   

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to create and execute test plans and test cases.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with the team and document findings.
