Sales Manager B2B/B2C

We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager B2B/B2C to join our international team. You will play a key role in fostering long-term relationships with both B2B and B2C clients, promoting a range of IVF and surrogacy services, and expanding our global network of biomaterial storages.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong B2B and B2C relationships with clinics, healthcare providers, and individual clients.
  • Promote and sell IVF and surrogacy services to both global partners and end clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships for growth in both markets.
  • Monitor sales data and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Use CRM system to track and manage client interactions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (B2) or higher.
  • Proven experience in online sales and digital client communication.
  • Previous experience in reproductive medicine or a related field is required.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and structured lead management.
  • Existing contacts in the medical industry (fertility clinics, doctors, medical coordinators, etc.) are a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
