Requirements:
● 2-3+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry. Good knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator;
● Good spoken English (Upper+);
● Good communication skills;
● Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders;
● Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies;
● Ability to learn quickly, responsibility, motivation, enthusiasm for technology, and being a team player.

Would be a plus:
● Illustration and animation design knowledge will be a big plus.
● Knowing other products such as Adobe After Effects, Principle, Axure, etc will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
● Independently develop and create UI and UX for web applications, mobile apps, and other digital solutions.
● Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure designs meet technical requirements.
● Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Show a proactive attitude and seek innovative ways to incorporate new ideas into designs.
● Engage in direct communication with clients and team members abroad, managing their expectations.
● Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
● Conduct research and analyze best practices and UX design patterns globally, applying insights to projects.
● Maintain a positive, polite, and open style of communication.
● Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English language skills.
● Knowledge and application of iOS and Android guidelines.
● Ability to present and justify design decisions, effectively communicating with clients and the team.
● Work with design systems, expanding and modernizing them.
● Create interactive prototypes for testing and demonstrating to clients.
● Analyze user data to improve UX and make informed decisions.
● Optimize design processes to enhance team efficiency.
