About the role:
 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Relationship & Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an easy-going attitude, and a passion for managing client relationships. This role involves client onboarding, project delivery coordination, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing content schedules effectively.

Responsibilities:
 

Client Onboarding and Support:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and assist them in onboarding.
  • Coordinate and manage content submission and publishing on our media platforms.
  • Provide clients with feedback and updates on their content.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
  • Share links to clients for their published content.

     

Communication and Reminders:

  • Keep clients informed about upcoming content deadlines and package features.
  • Maintain consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

     

Operational Tasks:

  • Support various operational tasks to assist both the team and clients.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient project execution to meet client expectations.

     

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Project Management, Language Studies, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • 1 year or more of experience in Customer Success
  • Experience working with US-based clients
  • Strong background in customer service and relationship-building, emphasizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working remotely in an English-speaking environment is highly desirable.


Nice to have :
 

  • Familiarity with or an interest in artificial intelligence (AI) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in media or public relations companies is considered an advantage.
