HR Business Partner (Relocation to Prague)
Right now, we’re looking for HR Business Partner (Operations) to join our HR Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, streamlining, and improving HR processes to support our fast-growing, dynamic company. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of HR practices with business goals, enabling our team to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Infrastructure: Provide comprehensive operational HR support across the organization
(including UA & other EMEA markets)
- Change management: Identify organizational issues and areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement scalable people practices and processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Support leadership with workforce planning and performance management.
- Employee Experience & Engagement: Build frameworks to support onboarding, development, and retention.
- Data-Driven: Monitor turnover rates, absenteeism, and other key HR metrics
- Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Ensure that all HR practices adhere to local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Regularly review and update policies as needed to maintain compliance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as HRBP or HR Operations in fast-growing digital or tech environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices (engagement, retention, career development, conflict management).
- Experience in building HR processes from scratch
- Ability to track, analyze, and present HR metrics (e.g. turnover, low engagement) to leadership. A strategic, data-first approach to decision-making is essential.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS (experience with BambooHR is a plus).
- Experience working with creative and/or marketing teams is a strong plus.
