About the role:
We are looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer who can dive deep into business contexts, user needs, and stakeholder requirements while driving end-to-end design cycles—from concept to development. You’ll work on dynamic projects, build design systems, facilitate discussions, and contribute to a collaborative design culture.

Your future responsibilities:

• Develop information architecture and user flows for mobile applications.
• Conduct Lo-Fi / Hi-Fi prototyping, create engaging and user-friendly UI.
• Build and maintain design systems, UI kits, and design tokens.
• Collaborate closely with PM’s, BA’s, and Developers, leading design demos and discussions.
• Apply Lean Canvas, CJM, and VPC to enhance the design process.
• Present and defend design decisions based on data and research.
• Support team synergy through design reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.

Your professional qualities:

• 3+ years of UI/UX experience, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
• Expertise in Figma (UI design, prototyping, animations).
• Experience with FigJam, Miro, Jira, Confluence.
• Strong understanding of data-driven and human-centred design approaches.
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems, Operator Desks, or Admin Panels is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, structured workflow, and ability to work autonomously.
• English level – Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience running kick-offs and stakeholder briefings.
• Skills in facilitating workshops (JTBD, CJM, VPC).
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
