Project Manager/Business Analytic Offline

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to join our team and help drive the successful delivery of a modern real estate platform — connecting property sellers with buyers in smarter, more efficient ways.The product brings together CRM capabilities, property listings, and real-time communication features into one cohesive digital experience.
 

In this role, you’ll coordinate efforts across mobile, frontend, backend development, and UI/UX, acting as the key communication bridge between the team and stakeholders. You’ll help shape the development process, ensure alignment with product goals, and foster continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do: 

• Plan, coordinate, and track the development of a cross-platform real estate application involving mobile, web, and backend components
• Facilitate requirements gathering, break down work into tasks and milestones, and manage project timelines
• Align the team’s efforts with business priorities, keeping stakeholders informed and expectations managed
• Organize and lead Agile ceremonies (planning, retros, standups), and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation in Confluence
• Monitor progress, surface blockers, and proactively address project risks and dependencies
• Foster strong collaboration between team members (development and design) and across departments
• Help define and optimize delivery processes to improve team efficiency and product quality
• Communicate clearly and regularly with internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and shared understanding across the project lifecycle
   

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of proven experience managing software development projects (mobile, web, backend) from planning to delivery
• Solid grasp of Agile workflows, and the ability to adapt Scrum or Kanban practices to team needs and delivery goals
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with a proactive approach to identifying risks, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery through effective mitigation strategies
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams — including developers, designers, and stakeholders — to align priorities, write documentation, and support smooth delivery
• Brings structure and clarity to team workflows through prioritization, coordination, and consistent follow-through
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English, with clear and proactive communication
• A self-driven, delivery-focused mindset, with attention to both process and people
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the real estate domain or with CRM platforms
• Experience working in an early-stage or fast-evolving project environment
• Comfortable building trust with stakeholders through transparent reporting and proactive communication
