Project Manager (Germany-based client) Offline

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and support a German startup that develops IT solutions for the healthcare industry. The client is focused on digital products for medical institutions and service providers in the German market.

Please note: Proficiency in the German language (at least B2 level) is a must for this role, as regular communication with the client and stakeholders will be conducted in German.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage the delivery of web and mobile projects in close collaboration with internal teams and the client.
  • Client Communication: Act as the main contact point for the client, providing regular updates, gathering requirements, and aligning expectations.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and support cross-functional teams (developers, QA, design), facilitate team meetings, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate, track, and resolve potential blockers to keep projects on schedule.
  • Reporting: Maintain clear documentation, prepare progress reports, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Support the implementation of better project delivery practices and team efficiency.
    • German – B2 or higher (mandatory)

Requirements:

Experience: 1,5 + years of experience in project management within software development.

Tools: Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
