Your Responsibilities

Leading Projects & Teams
• Oversee projects from idea to execution
• Collaborate with our design team and future developers
• Bridge the gap between design and tech
• Contribute to improving how we manage and deliver work

Client Communication
• Act as a strategic partner to clients
• Translate their needs into structured plans
• Present deliverables and gather feedback
• Help clients see the value of our work

Building for the Future
• Take part in hiring and onboarding developers
• Set up internal processes for long-term success
• Support and mentor new team members
• Help steer the agency’s growth

Driving Improvement
• Suggest and implement better ways of working
• Optimize workflows for efficiency
• Maintain high quality as we grow

You must have:
• At least 1 year of experience leading design or dev projects
• A solid grasp of digital product development
• Strong English (C1 level)
• Familiarity with PM tools
• Interest in both design and tech

Nice to have:
• Worked with remote teams
• Some technical background
• Used Figma or similar tools
• Understand the basics of development
