Middle+/Senior Machine Learning, Python Developer to $5000

We’re looking for candidates with a strong foundation in software engineering using Python who have understanding or practical experience in general ML and LLM technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas.
We’ll need to build and fine-tune a Large Language Model (LLM) that will analyze a specific dataset in Arabic and generate a knowledge database that will be used for consulting and direct answers on clients' questions in Arabic language.

Required skills
- 5+ years experience in Python development
- Excellent understanding of the OOP design/programming paradigm
- Solid background in computer science and programming
- Strong experience in Data science or a related AI-focused role
- Understanding of Prompt engineering techniques and best practices
- Profound understanding of ML fundamentals
- Proficiency in Tensorflow - expertise in training models, identifying and resolving issues and optimizing model performance
- Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset

Nice to have
- Experience with personal or academic projects in AI/ML
- Experience handling Arabic-specific systems
- Experience with Django framework
