Middle/Senior IT Sales Manager Outbound Offline

Requirements:

β€” Fluent English B2+ (both written and spoken).
β€” Experience: 3+ years in sales or business development, preferably in IT.
β€” Proven lead generator: Experience in building relationships and converting leads into clients.
β€” Strong communicator: You’re comfortable talking to decision-makers and presenting tailored solutions.
β€” Results-driven: You’re motivated by targets and KPIs.
β€” Tech-savvy: You have an understanding of the software development process, AI enthusiast.
β€” Self-sufficient: You can work independently and manage your time effectively.

Responsibilities:

β€” Lead Generation: You’ll be actively seeking out new prospects and potential clients. You choose the way to reach new prospects: through LinkedIn, networking at events, or finding innovative ways to connect, etc.
β€” Client Acquisition: Convert leads into clients by reaching out through cold emails, calls, or direct contact. You’ll offer personalized software solutions that address their specific needs.
β€” Pitching: Present our solutions to potential clients, showcasing how we can solve their business problems and deliver value.
β€” Collaborating with Dev Teams: Work with Project Managers and Developers to estimate project timelines and costs.
β€” Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process with potential clients and close deals to meet your sales targets.
