Middle/Senior IT Sales Manager Outbound Offline
Requirements:
β Fluent English B2+ (both written and spoken).
β Experience: 3+ years in sales or business development, preferably in IT.
β Proven lead generator: Experience in building relationships and converting leads into clients.
β Strong communicator: Youβre comfortable talking to decision-makers and presenting tailored solutions.
β Results-driven: Youβre motivated by targets and KPIs.
β Tech-savvy: You have an understanding of the software development process, AI enthusiast.
β Self-sufficient: You can work independently and manage your time effectively.
Responsibilities:
β Lead Generation: Youβll be actively seeking out new prospects and potential clients. You choose the way to reach new prospects: through LinkedIn, networking at events, or finding innovative ways to connect, etc.
β Client Acquisition: Convert leads into clients by reaching out through cold emails, calls, or direct contact. Youβll offer personalized software solutions that address their specific needs.
β Pitching: Present our solutions to potential clients, showcasing how we can solve their business problems and deliver value.
β Collaborating with Dev Teams: Work with Project Managers and Developers to estimate project timelines and costs.
β Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process with potential clients and close deals to meet your sales targets.
